ZONING
Before Anything Else, Get Your Zoning Permit
What you are planning may affect the rural nature of Claridon and unfairly affect your neighbors. Please call our Zoning Inspector, Miss Sheila Drollinger, before you do anything, including grading any land and including starting a home business. Find out if you need a zoning permit.
* A Zoning permit starts at $60.
*A late fee is double the cost of the over all fee. 'Late' means any action taken
prior to applying for a Zoning permit.
* Checks are the only payment method accepted by the Township. Make checks payable to Claridon Township
*All mailings related to zoning should be mailed to: Zoning Inspector Claridon Township P.O. Box 66 Claridon, OH 44033
